Job summary

Projective Group is expanding its AI Competence Centre in Belgium to deliver GenAI-driven AI solutions for finance clients. You will design, implement and optimize GenAI solutions, including LLMs, RAG architectures and multi-agent systems, while ensuring responsible AI usage and strong production readiness.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, AI, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
• Experience with Python for LLM integration and GenAI workflows.
• Experience with guiding LLM and embedding models, and RAG frameworks (e.g. LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex).
• Skilled in prompt engineering, orchestration, templating, versioning, and evaluation.
• Proven ability to deploy and automate GenAI workflows in production environments.
• Experience with AI safety measures, including guardrails, safety filters, and cost management.

Responsibilities

What will you do?

Your key responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimise GenAI solutions, ensuring performance, output quality, and responsible AI usage.
• Implement Large Language Models and RAG architectures, including vector databases, embeddings, chunking, and retrieval strategies.
• Develop and refine prompt strategies to improve the accuracy, relevance, and consistency of AI-generated outputs.
• Design and configure AI agents, including multi-agent solutions, with appropriate human oversight.
• Integrate APIs, back-end services, and business logic to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Create and maintain the Projective Group Prompt Library and promote its adoption across the organisation.

Your skills & qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch
• Experience with Python for LLM integration and the development of GenAI workflows
• Experience with guiding LLM and embedding models, RAG frameworks (e.g. LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex), and vector databases and search solutions (e.g. Pinecone, Elasticsearch, Azure AI Search, Chroma, Weaviate)
• Skilled in prompt engineering, orchestration, templating, versioning, and evaluation to ensure high-quality outputs
• Proven ability to deploy and automate GenAI workflows in production environments
• Experience with AI safety measures, including guardrails, safety filters, prompt-injection mitigation, and inference cost management
