Rhox in Brussels is seeking a proficient Functional Analyst to study business processes and convert user needs into functional designs, user stories and tests within an Agile/Scrum environment. You will cover all project phases, translate requirements into specs, models and test plans, and validate solutions with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Fluency in French and English, and Belgian nationality are required.

Qualifications

• Medior-level experience in functional and business analysis across project phases.
• Proficiency in BPMN and UML-based functional analysis.
• Experience with SQL and customer journey analysis.

We're looking for a Functional Analyst to analyse business processes and turn user needs into functional designs, user stories and tests. You'll cover all project phases, working in Agile/Scrum with BPMN and UML.

What you'll do:

• Analyse existing processes and clarify functional and non-functional user needs.
• Translate requirements into functional designs, application specifications and data models.
• Refine and validate solutions with business stakeholders, analysts and developers.
• Follow new functionalities from analysis through delivery, tracking risks and decisions.
• Produce project documentation, user stories, test plans and test cases.

What you bring:

• Medior-level experience in functional and business analysis across project phases.
• Skills in BPMN, UML-based functional analysis, SQL and customer journey analysis.
• Agile/Scrum, Confluence, user story writing, test analysis and test design.
• Ability to understand technical concepts, including APIs, mappings, data models, batches and services.
• Ability to grasp complex material and communicate clearly with business and technical teams.
• French (native), English (B2) and Dutch (B2).

Good to know:

• Belgian nationality is required.
