Phoenix Technologies is seeking a Functional Analyst to translate requirements into end-to-end solutions for Belgian utilities customers. You will ensure rapid time to market and value, and you will monitor incidents and collaborate across teams to resolve defects and deliver improvements.

You will also execute tests with other teams and maintain a customer-centric approach to achieving efficient, high-quality experiences. Strong presentation and facilitation skills are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to detect/assess dependencies.
• Ability to assess requirements and solutions end2end.
• Experience facilitating meetings and delivering group presentations.
• Ability to work against deadlines (sprints) with an agile mindset.

Iteratively you realize solutions to ensure rapid time to market and immediate value.
