Appsierra Group seeks a Functional Analyst to translate requirements into end-to-end solutions, ensuring cost-efficiency and value for customers.

You will iteratively develop solutions for rapid time to market, monitor incidents, defects, and collaborate on testing with other teams to ensure quality. A customer-centric approach and strong listening skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10 years experience in Belgian Utilities Market and Messaging.
• 10 years experience with SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to detect dependencies.
• Ability to assess requirements and end-to-end solutions.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong listening skills.
• Comfort delivering presentations in group settings.
• Ability to work with deadlines in sprints and an agile mindset.
