EUROPEAN DYNAMICS Group in Brussels is seeking a fluent-in-English Full Stack Developer to join the development team on site. You will work closely with a major client IT team and contribute to Java-based solutions and data modelling.

The role requires 10+ years in IT, strong Java expertise including Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Angular, plus Agile/DevOps familiarity. On-site work with potential flexible arrangements is offered.

Formación

• University degree in IT plus 10+ years IT/InfoSecurity services experience.
• Minimum 10 years Java development experience.
• Minimum 6 years in Webservices and relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
• Proven Java stack experience: Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven, Git; Angular/UI.
• Strong knowledge of interoperability technologies and data architectures.
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of business processes in translation contexts.
• Fluent English communication essential.

We currently have a Full stack Developer vacancy for a fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks

• Design and develop efficient and scalable Java applications using popular frameworks and standards
• Write SQL queries and work with relational databases;
• Perform technical unit tests as well as quality assurance of new modules/developments;
• Follow-up incidents, analysis of production issues and elaboration of solutions (third level support and bug fixing for local IT applications);
• Contact and follow-up with the infrastructure supplier and/or with the manufacturer of specific component (e.g. Oracle);
• Perform data analysis and data modelling;
• Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting;
• Production of software architecture documents and review of the architecture of existing systems;
• Interaction with the business analysts, customers, users, project leaders and developers.

• University degree in IT combined with relevant professional experience of at least 10 years in providing IT and Information security services;

• At least 10 years of specific expertise in Java development;
• At least 6 years of specific expertise in Webservices;
• At least 6 years of specific expertise in Relational databases(Oracle/PostgreSQL);
• Proven experience in Java development: Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven, Git. Angular/eUI;
• Excellent knowledge of interoperability technologies (web service, Stream processing, event architecture;
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies;
• Basic understanding of business processes and workflows in the translation area;
• Excellent command of the English language.
