AvioBook, a global leader in aviation software, seeks a Fullstack Software Engineer (NestJS, React Native) for its Hasselt headquarters. You will build AVIOBOOK Connect, a real-time collaboration tool for aviation teams, spanning backend services and mobile apps with offline-capable, high-reliability software.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineers in an Agile environment to deliver secure, scalable features, while owning end-to-end delivery and contributing to system

• Proficient in building fullstack applications with modern frontend and backend tech.
• Experience with React Native for mobile and Node/NestJS on the backend.
• Ability to design secure, tested, and scalable software.

For our Headquarters in Hasselt we are looking for an experienced Fullstack Software Engineer (NestJS, React Native).

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Fullstack Software Engineer who enjoys working in a great team and an exciting industry. Every flight is a coordinated effort. Pilots, cabin crew, the OCC and other stakeholders need to stay connected in real time—even on mobile devices with limited connectivity at 35,000 feet. Our software is used every flight day, so reliability matters.

Your role

As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you’ll work on AVIOBOOK Connect, our fast-growing chat application that keeps aviation teams connected.

You’ll work across backend and mobile, tackling technical challenges such as:

• Offline behaviour and limited connectivity
• Real-time state across many users
• Reliable, production-ready software

You’ll own features end-to-end, from refinement to production, across backend services and mobile applications. You remain responsible for how your features perform when real crews use them.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers, Engineers and other stakeholders to turn requirements into high-quality software. You’ll contribute to system architecture, make technical decisions and deliver tangible value in an Agile environment.
