mateco IT in Belgium is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, test and deploy high-quality software across the full stack. You will collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers and QA engineers, own the lifecycle from idea to production, and help drive continuous improvement within an Agile team.

You will work on building scalable solutions, ensure robust CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to a culture of ownership and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Angular and Kafka.
• Experience with software architecture, testing, deployment and best engineering practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
