AllPhi is seeking a Full Stack Consultant to join our growing team in Oevel, Belgium. As a crucial member, you will work on diverse projects, integrating AI and modern technologies to provide scalable software solutions.

As a Full Stack Consultant at AllPhi, you are more than a developer – you are a shaper of digital innovation. You design, build, and deliver high‑quality software solutions side by side with our clients, working on diverse projects from web applications to cloud integrations. You combine strong technical expertise with a consultancy mindset.

Your daily challenge is to design, create, and refine applications that seamlessly align with our clients' business strategies. From analysis to implementation, you take ownership of your work, think along with the client, and help build solutions that are scalable, high‑performing, and future‑proof.

We value passionate Full Stack Consultants with at least 4 to 5 years of relevant professional experience within the Microsoft stack, and a strong drive for continuous growth. You are naturally curious about everything happening in the .NET, cloud, front‑end, and AI landscape, and have a genuine interest in the consultancy profession.

• Technical Expertise: Solid experience with C#, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. Skilled in developing scalable applications and familiar with Azure Cloud (other cloud platforms are a plus).
• Front‑end Affinity: Strong knowledge of Angular. Experience with React, Blazor, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and other front‑end technologies is a plus.
• AI & Innovation: Interest in learning how AI technologies and data integrations play a role in modern Microsoft solutions.
• Consultancy Mindset: You think along with the client, ask the right questions, and translate needs into technical solutions with business impact.
• Collaboration and Communication: A strong team player with excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
• Passion for Technology: You stay up to date with new trends, enjoy sharing knowledge, and draw energy from continuous improvement.
