Randstad Digital Belgium is seeking a backend engineer to build and support an enterprise-grade AI platform for internal agent communication. You will design performant backend services, APIs, data persistence, and queue messaging, while shaping a scalable DevOps pipeline in an Agile team.

You will also develop modern interfaces in React using Nx for a micro-frontend architecture, integrate AI agent capabilities with LLMs, RAG databases, MCP, and agent-to-agent workflows, and collaborate across

Qualifications

Knowledge of MCP and Langchain is preferred.
Familiar with Docker and Kubernetes.
Fluent in Dutch or French.

Responsabilités

Build and support an enterprise-grade AI platform designed for internal communication between agents across the organization.
Design and develop performant backend services and APIs, managing data persistence and handling queue messaging.
Build modern, responsive interfaces in React using Nx for micro-frontend architecture.
Integrate AI agent capabilities, leveraging LLMs, RAG databases, MCP, and agent-to-agent architectures.
Participation in DevOps pipelines for containerized deployments within an Agile team framework.
