Job summary

Fastenal Europe in Mechelen is seeking a Full-Time Fulfillment Specialist to deliver inventory solutions and manage our vending program. You will handle local route deliveries, replenish managed inventory, and maintain vending equipment. This position is based at our Mechelen branch on Antwerpsesteenweg 275.

The role requires a hands-on, customer-focused approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team to support branch success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license in country of job location and ability to meet driving record requirements for company vehicle.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.

Overview

Embark on your journey as a Full-Time Fulfillment Specialist, where you'll take charge of delivering excellence by replenishing inventory solutions and managing our industry leading vending program. If you thrive on being on the move, this role offers a dynamic local route, servicing customer needs daily. From making deliveries, to performing replenishments of our managed inventory programs, and maintaining equipment, you'll be at the forefront of our innovative solutions. This position is for our branch located at Antwerpsesteenweg 275, 2800, Mechelen.

Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites
• Performing replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment
• Interacting with our customers while making deliveries
• Placing and fulfilling orders at customer sites
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success

Required Position Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

• 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
• Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
