Pauwels Consulting in Libramont-Chevigny, Belgium, seeks a Network Relations Officer to oversee regional infrastructure projects. You will interface with authorities and utilities, guide project phases, and design cost-efficient network solutions using AutoCAD and QGIS.

Fluent French and English are required, with MS Office proficiency, strong organization, and the ability to work independently under pressure. Prior telecom experience is preferred, and road/utility exposure is an advantage.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Surveying, Geography or related field.
• Professional experience in telecommunications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and QGIS.
• VolVCA certification.
• MS Office proficiency and analytical approach to technical challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Fluent in French and English with professional communication skills.

• Act as the primary interface between the organization and external stakeholders, including local authorities and utility providers.
• Lead project phases from work preparation through execution to ensure priorities are met.
