PLANT SUPERVISION is seeking a hands-on Front Runner to lead commissioning and troubleshoot mechanical systems on site. You will drive start-ups, diagnose issues, and coordinate across electrical, instrumentation, and civil teams toward successful hand-over.

Requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering, 5–8 years of commissioning experience, and fluency in Danish and English. On-site five days a week with safety training and Permit-to-Work compliance.

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Front Runner for commissioning and troubleshooting in our Kalundborg commissioning department. This role involves leading mechanical system start-ups, diagnosing issues, and ensuring seamless integration across disciplines. You will be the go-to fixer on site, driving problem resolution and coordinating activities from commissioning through hand-over.

Required Education

Required Experience

5-8 years of practical commissioning and troubleshooting experience in industrial or energy projects, with a proven track record of mechanical system start-ups and cross-functional problem solving.

Additional Requirements

Fluent in Danish and English. Must be onsite in Kalundborg five days per week. Valid safety training and willingness to comply with Permit-to-Work processes. Occasional travel to other sites as required.
