Job summary

AltIA is seeking a Front-end Software Engineer to join an international project focused on EU funds management. You will build and evolve complex client-side applications using modern frontend frameworks, Web Components, and state management, ensuring secure and responsive interfaces.

The role involves frontend development, testing, debugging, maintenance, and integration with related systems, with on-site Brussels presence at least 1 day per month.

Qualifications

• Angular (v14+) experience preferred and 7+ years in the field.
• TypeScript proficiency with 7+ years of hands-on work.
• Experience with RESTful web services (4+ years).
• Strong HTML/CSS skills (2+ years).
• Experience in agricultural sector systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modular client-side applications using modern frontend frameworks.
• Participate in integration, testing, debugging, and maintenance tasks.
• Contribute to web application security and responsive UI implementation.
• Collaborate with international teams on an EU funds management project.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Front-end Software Engineer to join an international project for a major European organization, working on digital solutions related to the Shared Management of European Union Funds.

You will work supporting and evolving digital solutions used for the management of EU Funds, including systems such as SFC.

The role will involve the development and maintenance of complex, modular client-side applications, using modern frontend frameworks, Web Components and state management solutions.

You will participate in activities such as frontend development, integration, testing, debugging, maintenance, web application security and the implementation of responsive user interfaces.

MUST have for this challenge

• Angular (v14+): Minimum 7 years (including Angular CLI, Webpack, Vite).
• TypeScript: Minimum 7 years.
• Experience in agricultural sector system
• RESTful web services (Minimum 4 years)
• HTML and CSS3: Minimum 2 years.
