A creative digital agency in Antwerp is looking for a developer to build custom websites and web applications from scratch. Candidates should have a strong eye for design, experience in responsive web development, and familiarity with tools like GSAP and WordPress. What you’ll do

• Build slick websites and webapps from scratch based on Figma designs.
• Collaborate with designers to bring layouts to life — and then push them further.
• Add motion, UI animations, micro-interactions and soul using GSAP, Lenis, Barba JS and other modern tools and think creatively about how designs and interactions should feel, not just how they should look.
• Implement your front-end in the selected tech or CMS.
• Work closely with a small, passionate, and slightly obsessive team of developers, designers and strategists.
• Go the extra mile to lift every project to the best level.

What you bring

We’re not defined by our tools and techniques and we’re very open to new things if they do the trick efficiëntly.

• Experience building responsive websites without relying on freakin’ page builders.
• Familiarity with creative dev tools like GSAP, Lenis, ScrollTrigger, Three.js, Barba JS, etc.
• You’ve got a strong eye for design and love pushing pixels.
• You can think like a designer and code like an engineer.
• Experience with CMS tools like WordPress (headless or custom themes), Statamic, Craft CMS, … or any other CMS tech that wows. You don’t need to master all of these but you are not a one-trick pony and are not afraid of diving in and discover. It is also your job to help us decide which of these (or new tools) are suitable to implement in future new projects.
• Commandline, Github, Deployments … are incorporated in your workflow.
• Notions of PHP, Vite JS, Alpine JS, backend stuff = really nice but not obligatory.
