Responsabilités

• Provide high-level technical support to Microsoft clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot complex IT infrastructure and software issues within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve escalated technical cases.
• Document technical resolutions in internal knowledge base and stay updated on IT developments.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Microsoft and ensure interactions meet global standards.
