Harding+ is seeking a French-speaking Retail Sales Associate to join our onboard cruise retail team. You will live and work on a cruise ship, travel the world, and create memorable luxury shopping experiences for guests onboard.

Develop product knowledge, promote premium brands, exceed sales targets, and participate in events like fashion shows. Accommodation and meals are provided on board, with visas arranged; contract roles last up to 6 months at a time with breaks.

Are you a French speaking Retail Sales Associate, looking for a unique opportunity to sell premium and luxury brands whilst travelling to different parts of the world?
Do you have proven experience of providing excellent customer service, creating memorable and immersive experiences, allowing guests to indulge themselves in a creative and enjoyable retail environment?

What You Will Be Doing

• Living and working on a cruise ship (you could be anywhere in the world!)
• Creating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests on board
• Maximising sales by promoting a quality range of products through a variety of in-store events
• Developing detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand culture
• Exceeding sales targets and participating in promotional events such as fashion shows and presentations

Who You Are

• Strong retail background and knowledge of premium or luxury products
• French speaking
• Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
• Proven ability in showcasing luxury items
• Adaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environment
• A strong team player who is goal orientated
