Cross Border Talents is looking for a French Content Moderator to join our Thessaloniki team in Greece. You will review and moderate videos, news items, and social profiles, applying our brand guidelines to ensure content meets safety and policy standards.

Fluency in French and English (C1) and strong cultural awareness are required. We offer rotating 24/7 shifts, relocation support, and a welcoming, supportive team that values wellness and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French (C1) and English (C1) is required.
• Experience in BPO, contact center, or content moderation is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and spoken communication with cultural awareness.

Responsabilités

• Moderate and review content types (videos, news stories, profiles) according to guidelines.
• Score content for age-appropriateness, violence, and policy compliance.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently and escalate when needed.
• Participate in wellness programs and training.
• Follow security and confidentiality protocols.
