Next Job Abroad is looking for a Content Moderator with Dutch and English to join our client in Sofia. You will review user-generated back-office information, ensure compliance with policies, and take prompt action on content that violates guidelines.

We value high attention to detail, the ability to defend decisions with clear reasoning, and comfort handling sensitive information. Relocation support is provided for candidates outside Bulgaria.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch.
• English language skill at B2 level or higher.

As a Content Moderator with Dutch and English you will:

• Review user-generated back-office information, which may include sensitive or potentially disturbing content, and ensure compliance with established policies
• Take prompt and appropriate action on information that violates guidelines or poses risks
• Stay updated on internal policies to ensure accurate implementation
• Identify and analyze patterns to proactively address potential risks

Our client is looking for someone with:

• High attention to detail
• Comfortable processing sensitive information
• Strong ability to defend decisions and provide context with logical reasoning
• Ability to identify patterns in behavior to enhance decision-making
• Strong organizational and time management skills to deal with shifting priorities and high volumes of work
• Experience investigating fraud, spam, or other types of inappropriate information is an asset

Required qualifications:

• Fluent in Dutch
• B2 or higher English language skill
