Your Role:

• Moderate and review various types of content (videos, news stories, social media profiles).
• Score and categorize content by age-appropriateness, violence, and policy compliance.
• Consistently apply and enforce the brand's content guidelines.
• Participate actively in wellness programs and training sessions.
• Escalate cases needing additional support or performance considerations.
• Follow all security and confidentiality protocols.

What You Bring:

• Language Skills: Proficient in French (C1) and English (C1) with excellent grammar.
• Cultural Awareness: A solid understanding of social and political contexts in French-speaking regions.
• Empathy & Professionalism: Strong communication skills with a high level of empathy.
• Nice-to-Have: Recent experience in BPO, contact center, or content moderation.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
