Teamleader is seeking a Forward Deployed Automation Engineer to join our team. You will co-build AI automations, own the authentication stack, and deploy reliable solutions across teams. You will simplify complex setups, host connectors, and schedule automations for scalable impact.

You’ll work with APIs, scripting (Python/JS/Apps Script), and LLM tooling, communicating clearly with non-technical colleagues. This role offers hybrid work in Ghent/Antwerpen and room for initiative.

• Hands-on experience with AI systems and solutions.
• Builder-generalist with API work, scripting, and authentication workflows.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple product/workflow contexts.
• Self-reliant decision making without constant sign-off.

Responsabilités

• Co-build in our AI Labs: turn use cases into automations.
• Own the last mile: auth & permissions, token management, MCP/connector setup, hosting and scheduling.
• Create reusable building blocks and patterns to reduce tickets.
• Tie each automation to a success metric with ownership and adoption measures.
• Document, hand over, and teach teams to run and adapt what you built.
