Job summary

MindWave is seeking an experienced Freelance SAP HR & SuccessFactors Expert to lead a major HR transformation. You will define the SAP SuccessFactors roadmap, integrate with SAP HR and legacy systems, and document both functional and technical requirements.

You will analyze HR processes, identify migration opportunities and risks, and collaborate with IT, management and business stakeholders across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Proven SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors expertise.
• Experience in HR transformation, functional analysis and migration projects.
• Excellent command of French (written and spoken).
• Willing to travel to different business locations.
