Job summary

SolCur is seeking a freelance Quality Assurance Assistant to support day-to-day QA activities in a regulated life sciences environment. This role contributes to maintaining the Quality Management System and collaborating with internal and external partners.

The position involves document control, supplier management, training records, audits and CAPA follow-ups, with an emphasis on accuracy and traceability. English is required; Dutch/French are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Experience in Quality Assurance within pharma/biotech/medical devices.
• Good GMP knowledge and QMS understanding.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support creation and maintenance of quality documents (SOPs, templates).
• Ensure document control and traceability of records.
• Assist with deviations, CAPAs and audits.
• Support supplier qualification and supplier documentation.
• Maintain QA trackers and training records.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders on quality matters.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
