In deze freelance opdracht werk je als Freelance HR Generalist in Bilzen. Voor 3 maanden (met kans op verlenging) ondersteun je deeltijds het HR team. Je komt terecht in een internationaal bedrijf. Als Freelance HR Generalist bestaat jouw job uit:

• Je ondersteunt de payrolladministratie en controleert de gewerkte uren voor medewerkers in België, de Verenigde Staten en Italië.
• Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en beantwoordt hun praktische en administratieve HR-vragen.
• Je biedt ondersteuning binnen soft HR, onder andere bij rekrutering en andere personeelsgerelateerde activiteiten.
• Je werkt actief mee aan HR-projecten, zoals de verdere uitrol van het cafetariaplan en initiatieven rond loontransparantie.
