Electra is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end tracking and coordination of installing ultra-fast charging stations in Belgium. You will report to the Roll Out Manager Belgium and collaborate with the partner portfolio and development team to deliver stations with quality and speed.

You will plan design, cost estimation, development, construction and commissioning phases, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring safety standards while traveling regularly within Belgium.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in engineering or electrical engineering (Bac+5).
• Valid driving license (Permis B).
• Strong project management, planning and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
• Able to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and French and/or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Organize and oversee the complete installation of an Electra charging station.
• Assess deployment concept and project feasibility with development team and architects.
• Plan phases: design, cost estimation, development, construction, commissioning.
• Coordinate stakeholders: landowner, client, grid operators, consultants, partners, authorities.
• Manage several projects in parallel: define scope, budget, resources, risks, deliverables.
• Operate in compliance with Electra’s quality and safety standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process building.
