Inoxperience SRL is seeking a Project Manager freelancer to lead a strategic programme in the Belgian energy sector. You will collaborate with regulators, DSOs, external vendors and internal teams on energy transition initiatives.

You will act as the client’s main contact with vendors, drive delivery of shared tooling for transmission and distribution operators, and facilitate strategic decisions with senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders in the energy sector.
• Strong understanding of transmission and distribution system operations, energy regulation and market dynamics.
• Able to work confidently with regulators, distribution system operators, vendors and executive management.
• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to build agreement on difficult decisions.
• Comfortable taking on a Product Owner role and working through legal, regulatory and financial complexity.
• Excellent written and spoken English, alongside Dutch and/or French.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex projects involving several organisations, keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities, decisions and delivery.
• Act as the client’s main point of contact with external vendors and ensure its priorities are reflected in their implementation roadmaps.
• Drive the delivery of shared tooling for transmission and distribution system operators.
• Facilitate strategic decisions with senior management, including on topics such as grid congestion and flexibility.
• Act as Product Owner for an internal implementation team: follow day-to-day progress, manage dependencies and involve product managers when needed.
• Contribute to business architecture discussions to ensure solutions reflect the client’s strategic principles.
• Help steer the creation of a new company, coordinating the legal, regulatory and financial workstreams.
