Pauwels Consulting is seeking a senior professional to lead strategic initiatives shaping the future energy landscape in Brussels. The role focuses on managing complex stakeholder environments and delivering infrastructure and tooling solutions supporting the green energy transition.

You will act as Product Owner for internal implementation tracks, coordinate with regulators, DSOs/TSOs, and executive stakeholders, and help steer legal, regulatory, and financial workstreams across a hybrid,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Deep energy sector expertise, specifically TSO/DSO operations and market dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and utility industry standards.
• Experience as Product Owner or lead for internal implementation tracks.
• Ability to navigate legal, regulatory, and financial complexities in fast-changing environments.
• Exceptional strategic facilitation and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English with professional proficiency in Dutch and/or French.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex projects involving regulators, DSOs, distribution system operators, and internal teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Act as the primary point of contact to safeguard organizational priorities within external vendor implementation roadmaps.
• Drive the delivery of common tooling roadmaps for transmission and distribution system operations.
• Facilitate executive-level alignment on strategic decisions concerning congestion management and system flexibility.
• Serve as the Product Owner for internal implementation tracks, managing dependencies and day-to-day delivery activities.
• Participate in business architecture discussions to ensure strategic principles are embedded in all proposed solutions.
• Support the establishment of new organizational entities by steering legal, regulatory, and financial workstreams.
