Job summary

Michael Page is looking for an experienced real estate professional to manage and commercialise a diverse Belgian portfolio. You will oversee asset performance, valuations, and the progression of development projects from acquisition to sale.

You will also cultivate relationships with municipalities, cadastre and other authorities while coordinating with external brokers to unlock value across residential, warehousing, brownfields, and strategic assets.
