Harvey Nash is recruiting a Fraud Analyst in Belgium to monitor alerts, investigate potential fraud, and take action to stop losses. You will work with our Fraud Operations teams, use detection tools, and respond to both internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires bilingual French/Dutch and good English, with shifts and hybrid work options. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree and demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with ability to dig into cases.
• Excellent communication with customers in multiple languages.
• Fluent or bilingual in French and Dutch; good English understood.

Responsabilités

• Analyze incoming alerts to identify potential fraud and take action.
• Handle fraud cases reported digitally or via call.
• Use fraud detection tools and techniques to identify fraud.
• Process emails from internal and external stakeholders (KYC, complaints, merchants, police).
• Interact with customers, answering general and advisory questions.
