Otis Elevator Company is seeking an FP&A Analyst BeLux to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will partner with Sales, Field Operations and Finance leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights.

You will contribute to standard reports and dashboards, support senior management with conclusions and drive efficiency through improved FP&A processes in a Fortune 500 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of FP&A, Controlling or similar finance experience is ideal.
• Strong analytical skills to understand and explain figures.

Responsabilités

• Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly and quarterly rolling forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance and explain variances versus plan, forecast, and prior year.
• Translate numbers into narratives, delivering clear conclusions and actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Challenge business assumptions and flag risks and opportunities impacting P&L performance.
• Prepare and improve management reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses for leadership teams.
• Partner with commercial and operational leaders to steer decision-making and performance.

FP&A Analyst BeLux

Your role

As an FP&A Analyst at Otis, you play a key role in financial decision‑making for the Belgium & Luxembourg organization, with a combined annual revenue of approximately €100 million. Within a Fortune 500 multinational, you act as a trusted business partner to local management, translating financial information into clear insights that support sound commercial and operational decisions.

FP&A is at the core of this role. You are closely involved in the budgeting, forecasting, and performance management cycles, working in partnership with Sales, Field Operations, and Finance leadership. You are expected to take responsibility for your scope, bring structure to financial discussions, and help management understand performance drivers in a fast‑paced, international environment.

This position is a strong next step for professionals with a Big 4 or solid controlling background who are ready to take more ownership and move closer to the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly and quarterly rolling forecasts
• Analyze financial performance and explain variances versus plan, forecast, and prior year
• Translate numbers into narratives, delivering clear conclusions and actionable recommendations to senior management
• Challenge business assumptions and proactively flag risks and opportunities impacting P&L performance
• Prepare and continuously improve management reports, dashboards, and ad‑hoc analyses for leadership teams
• Partner independently with commercial and operational leaders to steer decision‑making and performance
• Drive improvements in FP&A processes, tools, and data quality to increase efficiency, transparency, and scalability

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Ideally between 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Controlling or a similar finance role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand, challenge and explain figures and underlying business drivers
• Confident communicator, able to interact with senior stakeholders and present insights clearly
• Business-oriented mindset, eager to move beyond reporting and actively influence decisions
• Able to work independently, challenge stakeholders constructively, and translate complex data into actionable insights without close supervision
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) and ERP systems is a plus
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus
