NewRocket is seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed AI Engineer focusing on Data Intelligence. You will design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions that connect Claude and other AI technologies with ServiceNow and trusted data sources.

You will work closely with client stakeholders and delivery teams to translate business challenges into production-ready, scalable data pipelines and AI workflows, ensuring governance, security, and high reliability. Join a team delivering real enterprise value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in software/AI/data engineering or related technical roles.
• Hands-on experience building data pipelines, integrations, APIs, automations, or cloud services.
• Strong Python skills; familiarity with SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, test, and deploy enterprise AI/data intelligence solutions.
• Create data pipelines that ingest, transform, and retrieve structured and unstructured data.
• Develop RAG components, embeddings, vector search, and semantic experiences.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into production-ready solutions.
• Ensure security, governance, and observability across deployments.
