Accent Jobs for People NV in Belgium seeks a dedicated formworker to join a dynamic team. You will contribute to concrete pouring, prefab placement and both traditional and system formwork creation, with attention to safety and quality on site.

Daily tasks include tying rebar and following reinforcement plans, while maintaining an orderly workspace. A VCA certificate is advantageous and a category B license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a formworker in construction projects.
• Ability to tie rebar and work with concrete reinforcement daily.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, or English is required or advantageous.
• Holding a category B driving license is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Pour concrete for walls, beams and floor slabs in buildings.
• Place prefab elements as part of daily tasks.
• Create traditional and system formworks (Peri, Doka).
• Work with exposed concrete when required.
• Learn reinforcement and formwork plans and ensure safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and deliver high quality work.

Responsibilities

Your challenges as a formworker:

• Concrete pouring and placement of prefab: Co‑responsible for pouring concrete for walls, beams, and floor slabs in buildings.
• Placement of prefab elements is part of your tasks.
• Execution of formwork: Creating both traditional and system formworks (Peri, Doka).
• Working with exposed concrete is partially involved.
• Become an expert in reinforcement and formwork plans.
• Prioritize safety: Together with your colleagues, ensure a safe working environment. Preventing workplace accidents is your priority.

Package

• Salary: depending on your experience, your hourly rate will range between €18.39 and €22.13.
