Qualifications

• Relevant experience as a formworker, rebar worker, or in the precast concrete sector.
• Ability to read technical plans and detailed drawings.
• Knowledge of concrete reinforcement and/or formwork systems.
• Experience with spot welding is a strong advantage.
• Work accurately, safely, and with an eye for quality.
• Motivated, a true team player, and can also work independently.
• Physically in good condition and able to perform physical work.

Responsabilités

• Produce concrete prefabricated elements such as beams, columns, and I-beams.
• Assemble formwork (light carpentry) and receive internal training.
• Build, adjust, and dismantle wooden or metal formworks according to plans.
• Read technical drawings and work instructions accurately.
• Place, cut to size, bend, connect, and spot weld reinforcements in the formwork.
• Check dimensions, stability, and correct positioning of all reinforcements.
• Work closely with the team and assist with pouring and processing concrete.
• Contribute to maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety in the workplace.
• Internal training in formwork, reinforcement, spot welding and a modern, safe production hall.
