Job summary

Unlock'd is seeking a senior mobile engineer to set the technical direction for client projects, from greenfield Flutter apps to BLE-driven IoT integrations. You will make architectural decisions, guard quality, and work directly with clients to shape the product roadmap.

The role requires 5+ years of mobile development, deep Flutter/Dart, and strong leadership to guide developers while delivering apps for iOS and Android.

Qualifications

5+ years of mobile development experience with strong Flutter/Dart expertise.
Architectural vision to build scalable, maintainable codebases.
Defendable opinions on state management (BLoC, Riverpod, etc.).
Experience guiding or leading developers and delivering production apps.
Fluent Dutch communication for client collaboration.
Experience with REST and GraphQL integrations.
CI/CD pipelines proficiency (Codemagic, GitHub Actions, Fastlane, etc.).
Bonus: BLE, IoT, or embedded systems experience.

Responsibilities

Provide technical direction for client projects from Flutter apps to BLE/Iot integrations.
Make architectural decisions and guard code quality across teams.
Collaborate with clients to decide product direction and milestones.
Lead and mentor developers to ship high-quality features.
