Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Flexi-Job Room Attendant to contribute to an exceptional guest experience by keeping guest rooms and areas clean, comfortable and presented to high standards. You’ll support the Housekeeping team as needed, especially during peak occupancy while maintaining professionalism and discretion with guests.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and flexibility to work according to operational needs, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Reliable, punctual, and well organised.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Flexible and available to work according to operational needs, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• A good understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Eligible to work in Belgium under the applicable flexi-job regulations.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.
• Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• Clean bathrooms and ensure all room facilities are properly presented.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and any lost property to the appropriate supervisor.
• Ensure that housekeeping trolleys and equipment are clean, organised, and properly stocked.
• Follow hotel procedures regarding hygiene, safety, and the handling of guest belongings.
• Work closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready within the required timeframes.
• Maintain a professional and discreet attitude when interacting with guests.
