DEME in Belgium is seeking a data-driven professional to analyze operational data, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and turn insights into practical solutions for processes and digital tools.

You will collaborate with technical, operational, and IT teams to design changes and document requirements, while supporting change management and tracking outcomes with SQL and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maritime, technical or relevant environment.
• Solid knowledge of asset management, reliability, maintenance processes and systems (including CMMS).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive process improvements using SQL/Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and interpret operational data and requests to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Turn data into actionable insights by leveraging queries, SQL, Power BI, Excel and other analytical tools.
• Translate insights and learnings into solutions for processes, organizational structures, and digital applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across technical, operational, and IT teams to design and implement changes.
• Document business requirements and ensure alignment with system capabilities and organizational goals.
• Support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
• Monitor and evaluate implemented improvements, refining approaches based on feedback and performance metrics.
