EXMAR Group in Antwerp is seeking a Fleet Personnel Coordinator to join the Shipmanagement Crewing team. The role focuses on crewing a fleet with qualified, capable crew across vessels, ensuring regulatory compliance.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 3 years in crew or personnel planning. Fluency in English is required; Dutch, French or Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in crew or personnel planning.
• Fluent in English; additional Dutch, French or Spanish are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate crew planning and ensure vessels are manned with qualified, experienced and medically fit crew, in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Identify crew planning gaps and coordinate recruitment, selection, induction and onboarding of crew.
• Coordinate crew rotations, changes and relief planning with vessels, internal teams and manning agencies.
• Provide operational support to vessels and Personnel Officers, including sick leave follow-up and emergency crewing duties.
• Coordinate crew evaluations, debriefings, and follow up on training needs with the Training & Development team.
• Monitor crewing guidelines and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee crew contracts, data, records, leave administration and other crewing administration.
• Support crewing budget preparation and monitoring, including budget meetings and invoicing.
• Participate in audits and support vessel emergencies and welfare communications.
