Ford Belgium is seeking a Fleet Business Analyst to join its Fleet & Remarketing team in Brussels. This varied back-office role combines fleet administration, data analysis, reporting and stakeholder support.

You will act as a contact for leasing companies and dealers, supporting Key Account Managers and the Fleet Manager, with a focus on data‑driven decisions and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial administration, sales support or back-office roles.
• Experience handling, structuring and analysing data.
• Experience preparing reports to support business decisions.
• Practical Excel skills, including pivot tables, graphs and data organisation.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and analyse fleet-sales and benchmark reports to support commercial and management decisions.
• Create and maintain Fin Fleet codes and fleet conventions.
• Manage the central Fleet mailbox, coordinating requests and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Act as an internal point of contact for leasing companies regarding established agreements and collaborations.
• Provide accurate administrative support to leasing companies, dealers and internal stakeholders.
• Request and track Special Deals in FBMS.
• Coordinate the processing and follow-up of bonus claims submitted by customers and leasing companies.
• Communicate commercial campaigns, agreed deals and special conditions to leasing companies.
• Support the organisation of leasing-company roadshows, product presentations and selected events.
• Coordinate demonstration-vehicle loans to leasing companies.
• Maintain accurate information and ensure that requests are followed through to completion.

About the Role

Ford Belgium is looking for a Fleet Business Analyst to join its Fleet & Remarketing team.

This is a varied, commercially focused back-office role combining fleet administration, data analysis, reporting and stakeholder support. You will act as a key administrative contact for leasing companies and dealers while supporting our Key Account Managers and Fleet Manager.

This is not a traditional IT Business Analyst or sales-hunter position. It is suited to someone who enjoys working with data and processes, while building dependable professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse fleet-sales and benchmark reports to support commercial and management decisions.
• Create and maintain Fin Fleet codes and fleet conventions.
• Manage the central Fleet mailbox, coordinating requests and ensuring timely follow-up.

What We're Looking For

• Professional experience in commercial administration, sales support, customer service, account management/coordination or a comparable back-office role.
• Experience handling, structuring and analysing data.
• Experience preparing reports to support business decisions.
• Practical Excel skills, including pivot tables, graphs and data organisation.
• Fluent spoken and written Dutch and French, with professional working proficiency in English.
• Education beyond secondary-school level, such as a bachelor’s degree or a relevant vocational or professional qualification.
• A customer-focused and relationship-oriented approach.
• Clear, professional and approachable communication.
• Strong organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
• A collaborative, resilient and process-oriented working style.
• The ability to manage competing requests and deadlines in a lean team environment.

Advantageous Experience

Experience in any of the following areas would be beneficial but is not essential:

• Automotive, fleet, leasing, dealer-network or financial-services environments
• Account management or Key Account support
• Commercial agreements, discounts, Special Deals or bonus claims
• Managing a central or shared mailbox
• Reporting to management or senior stakeholdersPowerPoint, Salesforce or Xpower
• Ford systems such as SEER, FBMS or SCA-Customer
• Fleet conventions, leasing agreements or commercial campaigns
