Kingsley in Belgium seeks a Fleet Manager to lead the mobility policy, supervise the vehicle fleet, and drive cost-efficient, sustainable transport solutions for construction vehicles.

You will analyze market trends, electrification prospects, and act as the main point of contact for fleet-related questions, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in French and Dutch required.
• Good English is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.
