ASCO, part of Montana Aerospace, seeks a Fixture Designer to develop and optimize tooling for high‑precision aircraft components. You will design fixtures in 3D and 2D, create BOMs, and define setup procedures for internal and subcontractor production teams.
Proven experience in industrial design, tooling knowledge and CATIA V5 are essential. Willingness to travel several times per year is required. English and French or Dutch language skills are expected.

Asco is now looking for a Fixture designer. This fixture designer is responsible for the complete design of tooling used at ASCO to manufacture and assemble high precision aircraft components in cooperation with peoples from other ID sections and/or production line.
During the Industrialization Phase of a new project (new contract or modification/re-engineering), together with the rest of the project team, elaborate the most optimized manufacturing processes and guarantee that the project objectives and the customers’ specifications are respected.
Design of 3D models, 2D drawings to manufacture fixtures and production aids to provide all methods means necessary to the internal (& external e.g. support to subcontractors) production units, taking into account the safety and ergonomic aspects
Provides technical design support towards fixture shop or external subcontractor during fixture manufacturing in order to find solution on process issue.
Follow-up of first parts set-up during the product manufacturing operations to ensure process stability.
French and/or Dutich - English is a must
