ASCO, part of Montana Aerospace, seeks a Fixture Designer to develop and optimize tooling for high‑precision aircraft components. You will design fixtures in 3D and 2D, create BOMs, and define setup procedures for internal and subcontractor production teams.

Proven experience in industrial design, tooling knowledge and CATIA V5 are essential. Willingness to travel several times per year is required. English and French or Dutch language skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Industrial Design on 3D and 2D drawings.
• Experience with tooling and standard components.
• IT knowledge: CATIA V5 and Office suite.
• Strong teamwork, analytical skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to travel several times a year.

Responsabilités

• Design fixtures for new or modified processes with 3D models and 2D drawings.
• Provide BOM and setup procedures for fixture manufacturing.
• Support fixture fabrication and validation with shop floor teams.
• Defend fixture concepts within a cross-functional team.
