VF Corporation's Sint-Niklaas site seeks a Maintenance First Line Manager to lead a team of technicians, engineers and subcontractors ensuring reliable operation of automated systems (ASRS). You will coordinate daily maintenance activities, guide the team, and drive safety and continuous improvement across the site.

You will also prepare permits, manage subcontractors, and report progress to the Maintenance & Facility Manager, while developing team capabilities and optimizing spare parts usage

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance role with exposure to mechanical and/or electrical systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Pragmatic, problem-solving approach and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work safely, including at heights up to 25 m.
• Willingness to work in shifts (Mon-Thu 6-14 / 14-22, Fri 6-13 / 13-20).
• Nice to have ASRS experience or large-scale machinery.
• Knowledge of PCS7, TIA Portal, Siemens S7 or similar.
