Axis Group is seeking a Fire Claims Manager with a focus on claims handling and customer service. You will open new claims, review estimates, and coordinate with repair companies while maintaining clear communication under pressure.

You should have a background in insurance or legal affairs, fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) and basic French, and a commitment to excellent service. A permanent contract with benefits and partial remote work completes the role.

Qualifications

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in insurance or law, or has gained comparable experience;
• Has an excellent command of both spoken and written Dutch and also possesses a basic knowledge of French;
• Remains calm under pressure and always maintains a clear overview;
• Is committed to providing excellent customer service and proactively contributes ideas to find solutions.

Responsabilités

• You open files for new claims.
• You verify quotes and invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• You assign repair companies and experts to handle claims.
• You contact the other party to obtain necessary information.
• You inform customers about any denials related to coverage.
• You maintain outbound contact with customers to inform and support them.
