Scalable Capital is seeking a talented video/content producer for a 1-year fixed-term contract to cover parental leave. You will own end-to-end production including camera, audio, lighting, and post-production, delivering high-quality visual storytelling for fintech audiences.

You will ensure assets align with design guidelines, create assets in Figma, and animate with After Effects. Strong German and English skills are essential, with relocation support and international collaboration

Qualifications

Experience in video and content creation with strong technical skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Figma.
Ability to edit video content including podcasts and social-first formats with focus on visual quality and craft.
Experience with camera operation, audio equipment setup, and professional lighting techniques.
Excellent German skills (native preferred) and very good English in spoken and written form.

Responsabilités

Own the end-to-end production of content from planning and on-set execution to post-production editing.
Ensure all assets align with design guidelines and CI, collaborating with the Design team.
Independently create supplementary visual assets in Figma and animate them in After Effects.
Drive production tasks from initial asset delivery to final polish and delivery.
