ACENSI Belgium is seeking a Content Creator for a Brussels-based client in the banking sector. You will produce engaging digital content, blending storytelling, video production and design across channels to make investment topics accessible and relevant.

Responsibilities include video editing, asset design, and coordinating external partners, using GenAI tools to speed production while ensuring brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in a content creation or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showing hands-on content creation and storytelling.
• Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Comfort using GenAI tools for content production.

Role overview

The Content Creator is responsible for producing engaging digital content for the investment-focused squad, combining content creation, visual storytelling, video production, design and channel adaptation. The role contributes to a modern content approach that makes investment and financial topics more accessible, relevant and engaging across different audience segments and journey stages.

Key responsabilities

Content Creation & Visual Storytelling

• Create engaging content across formats, including video, social media content, visual assets, motion content and other digital formats.
• Translate complex investment and financial topics into content that feels clear, relevant and human.
• Develop content formats that resonate with different audience segments and levels of financial knowledge.
• Stay on top of emerging content trends, platform evolutions and audience behaviours.

Content Amplification & Channel Adaptation

• Identify opportunities to extend stories, campaigns and content themes across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Develop channel-specific adaptations that maximise the impact, reach and lifespan of content.
• Adapt long‑form content into engaging platform‑native formats while preserving the core message.
• Contribute to an omnichannel content approach across different stages of the customer journey.

AI-Powered Production

• Work fluently with generative AI tools for content creation, image generation, video editing and content adaptation.
• Use AI as a creative amplifier to enable faster production, higher‑quality output and greater experimentation.

Creative Execution

• Produce and edit video content across short and long formats, from social-first content to expert-driven formats.
• Design visual assets, thumbnails and social media content in line with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate external creative partners and freelancers for more complex productions when needed, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Operate autonomously in studio environments, including basic lighting, framing and sound setup.

Required Experience & Technical Skills

• More than 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating hands‑on content creation and storytelling capabilities.
• Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
• Comfortable with GenAI content tools such as Adobe Firefly, Adobe Express, Canva AI or similar solutions.
• Ability to shoot and edit content autonomously in a studio environment.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital content formats.
