Accenture Belgium and Luxembourg’s CFO & Enterprise Value practice seeks a Finance, Risk and Compliance consultant to help financial institutions transform regulatory functions. You will design, deliver, and oversee solutions across regulatory requirements and data analytics.

You will build client relationships, contribute to business development, mentor teams, and grow within Accenture's global network and training offerings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law, European affairs, business economics, Finance/Risk Management or related fields.
• 2–5 years in financial services regulatory/compliance functions, GRC implementation.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch or French.
• Understanding MiFID II, KYC/AML, PSD2, GDPR, CSRD, EU taxonomy & ESG, DORA.
• Understanding data analytics for process optimization.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in business development.
• Experience in client-facing environments delivering requirements, gap analyses, and solution design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency; strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI, SQL, Python) is a plus.
