Aerospacelab is seeking a Consolidation Lead to own IFRS group reporting across entities in France, Belgium, Switzerland and the United States. You will design controls, standardise processes, and scale the consolidation framework as the company grows.
You will collaborate with auditors, IFRS advisors and local finance teams, driving automation and improved reporting quality with a proactive, pragmatic mindset.
Our mission is supported by an ambitious vertically integrated approach: design & manufacture of small satellites combined with development of earth observation services.
Since its creation in 2018, the company has already grown substantially. Our team gathers more than 25 engineering expertise, from hardware design to software development & data science.
In 2026, Aerospacelab counts offices in Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium), Toulouse (France), Lausanne (Switzerland) and US West Coast with more than 400 full-time employees, with the ambition to position itself as the European leader in small satellites.
Reporting to the Head of Finance in a flat organisation, youwill take an active role in the Group consolidation with the support of external consultants. This is a newly createdposition: the consolidation has been set-up for the first exercise in 2025 — your role is to run it and make it scale alongwith the growth of the company.
You will act as the central point of contact between ourexternal auditors, our IFRS advisors and our local finance teams. In parallel, you will review the accounting operations bydesigning and rolling out internal controls, raising the bar on reporting quality, and standardizing practices acrossentities in France, Belgium, Switzerland and the United States.
