Eurofins is seeking a Business Performance & Finance Analyst under the V.I.E programme to join our Brussels corporate office. You will work with senior stakeholders to monitor performance, deliver insights, and support finance transformation across the network.

You will develop dashboards, ensure data quality, and transform data into actionable business value, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to continuous improvement across the Eurofins network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a top science, engineering or management university.
• Fluent in English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel; Power BI is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Define, monitor and track KPIs across the network.
• Develop dashboards and reporting templates providing reliable insights.
• Collect, analyse financial and operational data to answer stakeholder questions.
• Participate in finance and transformation initiatives from planning through to implementation.
