Job summary

CPE Group seeks a Finance & HR Manager to lead financial steering, budgeting, and HR processes across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will work closely with the CEO/COO, manage dashboards, control costs, and drive profitability improvements.

The role combines strategic finance with hands-on execution, including integration of acquisitions and building scalable processes. You will coordinate payroll, onboarding, training, and regulatory compliance, including FSMA considerations, while using AI tools

Qualifications

• A master's degree in economics, finance, business administration, law or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, Big4/advisory background preferred.
• Strong analytical, numerical and reporting skills with data-driven mindset.
• Structured, organized and reliable in follow-up; proactive.
• Empathy, excellent communication and board-level interaction.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English; comfortable with multiple offices.
• Based in or near Mons; willing to visit other offices; driving licence B.
• Experience in credit, insurance or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own financial steering: monthly/quarterly closings, consolidation, board reporting.
• Build budgets, forecasts, cash flow planning with office/domain managers.
• Analyse profitability by office/product/partner; propose actions.
• Design and build management dashboards and KPIs; control costs and contracts.
• Coordinate payroll, contracts, and HR files for Belgian/Luxembourg staff.
• Support M&A: financial data, models, integration of acquired entities.
• Shape HR policy, onboarding, training needs, and regulatory compliance.
