Swift is seeking IT graduates for its Graduate Programme in Finance, a structured 18-month journey designed to build future talent. You will work on real projects with measurable impact from day one and rotate across teams to gain broad exposure.

Based in Belgium at our La Hulpe headquarters, the programme offers mentoring, structured learning, and an international network, with English fluency and a finance/business background as key prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English required.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Graduates with up to one year of professional experience encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Assist in management reporting, dashboards and KPI monitoring.
• Conduct financial research and analysis to support business cases.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.

Opportunities in Finance

As an IT graduate at Swift, you will help build and support the systems that power global financial services. You may contribute to:

Qualifications and Requirements

We are looking for Graduates who:

• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Communicate clearly and professionally

• Collaborate effectively in diverse, international environments
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

You should hold (or expect to complete) a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Business Engineering before the programme start date. Candidates with up to one year of professional work experience are encouraged to apply. Fluency in English is required.

Graduate roles are available in our headquarters in La Hulpe, Belgium.

Benefits and Compensation

• We offer a competitive yearly salary of €56,000 (including 13th month and holiday allowance).
• Pension and insurances are paid by Swift.
