Swift is seeking IT graduates for its Graduate Programme in Finance, a structured 18-month journey designed to build future talent. You will work on real projects with measurable impact from day one and rotate across teams to gain broad exposure.
Based in Belgium at our La Hulpe headquarters, the programme offers mentoring, structured learning, and an international network, with English fluency and a finance/business background as key prerequisites.

You should hold (or expect to complete) a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Business Engineering before the programme start date. Candidates with up to one year of professional work experience are encouraged to apply. Fluency in English is required.
Graduate roles are available in our headquarters in La Hulpe, Belgium.
