Swift invites graduates to join our 18‑month programme at the La Hulpe headquarters in Belgium. You will work on real projects with measurable impact from day one, rotate across teams, and receive structured learning, mentoring and coaching to build a broad international network.

You should hold a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related fields, and fluency in English is required.

Opportunities in Finance

As an IT graduate at Swift, you will help build and support the systems that power global financial services.

You may contribute to:

• Management reporting, dashboards and KPI monitoring

You should hold (or expect to complete) a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Business Engineering before the programme start date.

Fluency in English is required.

Offer

We offer a competitive yearly salary of €56,000 (including 13th month and holiday allowance). Pension and insurances are paid by Swift. You'll be based at our headquarters with great on-site facilities, including a sports centre and outdoor swimming pool.
